The Challenge
KinQ was experiencing issues with the speed and stability of its webshop, which led to a decline in conversion rate. Recognizing the need for change, KinQ wanted a beautiful, stable, and accessible webshop. The tool-choosing part was simple and straightforward – we chose the Hyvä theme.
The goal was to achieve these improvements quickly to regain momentum and boost business performance.
What did Younify do?
To address KinQ’s challenges, we initiated the project by building a clean Magento environment from scratch. The first step involved mapping out the existing extensions and understanding the client’s specific requirements.
Many of the old extensions were outdated and irrelevant, so we replaced them with new, Hyvä-compatible extensions. For extensions that lacked Hyvä compatibility, we developed custom solutions to ensure seamless integration.
With the technical foundation in place, our designer collaborated with KinQ to create a sleek and simple design using the Hyvä template. Once the design was implemented, we focused on enhancing the website’s functionality and styling to ensure an optimal user experience.
